At Vista we can comfortably cater for 60 patrons.

Vista hosts corporate functions, weddings and special occasions. Vista provides a delicious range of lunch, dinners, set menus, fine wines, beverages and great service.

We offer a range of set menu options to ensure we meet your tastes and needs. Below is a sample menu.

• Trio of lamb - Cutlet with beetroot risotto
                    - Tenderloin with ratatouille
                    - Croquette with pea mousse
• Boneless roasted chicken with baby potato and succotash of fresh corn, sugar snap peas, red pepper, herb & jus
• Mt Cook salmon fillet on salad Nicoise - potato, green beans, olives, tomato, capers & boiled egg with salsa verde
• Panseared John Dory with corn, spring onion & potato crush, steamed butter beans, red pepper & caper salsa with citrus beurre blanc
• Grilled 300g Scotch fillet, hand cut fries, steamed butter beans, vine roasted tomato & bernaisse sauce

DESSERT

• Orange and white chocolate brulee with spiced blueberries
• Pistachio & almond baklava with rose water ice cream & roasted apricots
• Vanilla & lemon panacotta with roasted strawberries and strawberry jelly
